and freezers, self cleaning ovens and wipe clean induction hobs.
With induction, heat is produced in the pan itself. Since there is no heating
element, the area around the pan remains cold and, once the pan is removed, the
surface cools down very quickly. This means the hob is safer to use and easier
to clean. Induction hobs give you the instant response of gas and the greatest
selection of power settings. They will deliver unrivalled speed for boiling and
frying but can heat so gently you can melt chocolate directly in the pan. Induction
hobs also use far less energy than other hobs. We can demonstrate the induction
hob for you in our showroom.
